We train future leaders. With that, training and discipline are fundamental in our training of learners. As part of our program for training future leaders we excel in (1) Facilitating the development of the students’ listening skills, awareness of their impact on others and styles of leadership, (2) Helping the students learn what it means to lead themselves and other people, and to be a role model, (3) Developing the organisation, time management and team work of the students creating a group that works well and supports each other, (4) Challenging the students to take ownership of their role and share their vision for leadership with confidence, passion and authenticity, and (5) Launching them into their role as leaders of the school in an impactful and memorable way.
